How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Commercial Operations | Global Software Company | 12 Months FTC

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes?

This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for the administration, validation and successful fulfilment of orders, with a particular focus on complex or non-standard transactions that fall outside automated workflows.

You'll become a trusted expert across ordering processes and systems, while working closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders and channel partners to resolve issues and improve the way the business operates.

    What you'll be doing

Processing high-complexity and non-standard SaaS orders that fall outside automated workflows.
Monitoring ordering issues within internal systems and taking corrective action to ensure orders can be successfully provisioned.
Reviewing and validating orders to ensure pricing, discounts and terms comply with company policies.
Becoming an internal expert on order-related systems and processes, including HubSpot, NetSuite and FastSpring.
Supporting partners and internal sales teams with ordering procedures and requirements.
Maintaining clear internal documentation and "how-to" guidance for manual fulfilment tasks.
Identifying and escalating orders that fall outside standard policies.
Investigating recurring ordering issues and providing feedback to automation teams.
Looking for opportunities to automate manual workflows and leverage AI-driven tools.
Supporting the testing of new order-related system updates.
Assisting with the creation and distribution of pricing SKUs.
Managing an inbound ticket queue and responding to partner queries around order submission, fulfilment and portal troubleshooting.
Providing first-touch troubleshooting for partners experiencing issues with the automated ordering platform.
Building strong and authentic relationships with channel partners.

    What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and naturally curious, with the confidence to investigate problems and take ownership of finding solutions.

You'll ideally have experience within order management, sales operations, commercial operations, customer operations or a similar environment.

    You'll also have:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage complex or non-standard transactions.
    A proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and find practical solutions.
Confidence working with business systems and learning new platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to explain technical and business processes clearly.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to recognise when an issue can be resolved independently and when it needs to be escalated.

Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite or FastSpring would be advantageous, although the most important thing is your ability to learn systems quickly and become a subject matter expert in the processes you support.

    Why this role?

This is a great opportunity to join a global software business and become a key part of its Commercial Operations function.

    You'll gain exposure to:

    SaaS order management
    Commercial and sales operations
    Process improvement
    Automation and AI-driven tools
    Partner management
    Cross-functional projects
Business systems and technologyYou'll work closely with sales, commercial operations and other internal teams, while also supporting external channel partners and helping to improve the overall ordering experience.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making things work better, we'd love to hear from you.
