How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Junior Account Manager | Fashion | London

Ready to take the next step in your fashion career? A fantastic opportunity has just opened up with a successful, fast-paced and hugely dynamic fashion business in London.

This is a newly created role for an ambitious Junior Account Manager who is keen to build on their existing account management experience, get closer to some of the biggest names in fashion, and really make their mark.

This is not a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be hands-on from day one, working closely with an exciting portfolio of fashion customers and getting genuine exposure across the full account management process.

    Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a portfolio of key fashion accounts, building strong and trusted customer relationships

Work closely with customers on new product developments, from initial concepts through to samples and production

Coordinate samples, approvals, orders and deliveries, ensuring key deadlines are met

Liaise closely with internal teams, factories and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly

Track critical path dates, customer requirements and account activity, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Support the wider Account Management team with day-to-day account administration and reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate sales and account information, using Excel and other Microsoft Office systems

Identify opportunities to support account growth and develop customer relationships

Take ownership of tasks and accounts while working collaboratively with a highly supportive team

Gain hands-on exposure to the full account management process and develop commercially as you progress

    About You

Previous experience within account management, sales or a similar fashion environment

Ambitious, driven and keen to build a long-term career within the fashion industry

Confident but curious - happy to take ownership while always wanting to learn more

Naturally proactive and a real self-starter

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commercially aware with a genuine interest in fashion and product

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

    Positive, energetic and solutions-focused

A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
