Colleagues across the wider school network share resources and plan collaboratively, while respecting your classroom independence.
This opportunity suits an organised Key Stage 2 teacher who combines clear boundaries with warmth and confidently adapts teaching to different starting points. With opportunities to develop subject leadership experience and access professional development across the school network, there is room to grow alongside your pupils.

Differentiate learning and assessment, including for pupils working below age-related expectations.
Establish clear routines, consistent expectations and a calm, welcoming classroom.
Work closely with support staff to coordinate targeted interventions.
Maintain organised assessment records and pupils work, communicating progress clearly with families, colleagues and leaders.
Requirements
QTS recognised in England and relevant primary teaching experience, including recent Key Stage 2 experience.
Confidence planning, teaching and assessing across a range of abilities.
Strong organisation, positive behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach.
The ability to take ownership of classroom practice, collaborate with colleagues and seek guidance when needed.
