* Recognised dance teaching qualifications such as IDTA (International Dance Teachers’ Association) or UKA (United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing)
* Experience teaching or choreographing for groups of children and young people
* Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
* A passion for inspiring creativity and confidence through dance
* A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
* The ability to work flexibly across a range of subjects and age groups
* A genuine desire to develop a career in education or the performing arts
