Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance through effective leadership
Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for growth
Create a positive, motivated and engaged team culture
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
Take ownership of results and implement actions to maximise performanceAbout You

Has previous experience leading a retail team
Can demonstrate success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Is commercially aware and results driven
Has strong coaching and people development skills
