How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Care Coordinator

Location: South Manchester Full Time | Office Based Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Time Recruitment are proud to be working as a preferred recruitment partner on behalf of a highly respected residential property developer, seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their growing team.

If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

As the face of the customer care function, you'll play a vital role in ensuring homeowners receive an exceptional post-completion experience. From coordinating aftercare appointments and managing snagging issues to liaising with site teams and contractors, you'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

    The Role

This is a busy and varied position where you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating defect resolution works, and ensuring all customer care activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Working closely with operational teams, maintenance operatives, contractors, and senior management, you'll ensure homeowners receive timely support and a first-class service throughout their aftercare journey.

    Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of customer care enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customers are kept fully informed throughout the process.

    Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming customer calls, emails and aftercare enquiries.
Coordinating and scheduling homeowner aftercare appointments.
Logging and tracking defects and maintenance requests through internal systems.
Liaising with site teams, contractors and maintenance operatives to ensure works are completed efficiently.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate customer care records.
Issuing customer communications, including welcome packs and aftercare information.
Producing reports, meeting minutes and administrative documentation.
Coordinating work schedules and daily diaries for maintenance teams.
Assisting with payroll administration, holiday tracking and timesheet collation.
Supporting senior management with general coordination and administrative tasks.
Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company policies and health & safety requirements.
    About You

We're looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Previous experience within a Customer Care, Customer Service, Coordinator or Administrator role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
Confidence working with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
Strong IT skills and experience managing records and reporting systems.
The ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Experience within housebuilding, construction, property, maintenance or facilities environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

    What's in it for You?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful organisation that places customer experience at the centre of everything it does. You'll be joining a supportive team environment with the opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career
