How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

BGTS is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in major business transformation initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This is a senior architecture position for someone who can take ownership of solution direction from early discovery and options analysis through to architecture governance, delivery and engineering handover.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery teams and third-party partners to define scalable, secure and practical end-to-end solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead solution architecture for large and complex transformation programmes.

    * Own solution direction from discovery through design, governance and delivery.

    * Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and their integration with wider enterprise platforms.

    * Design integrations across Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, data platforms, digital channels and legacy systems.

    * Develop end-to-end architectures covering applications, integrations, data, security, resilience and operational requirements.

    * Produce Solution Options Papers, evaluating technology, commercial, delivery and operational considerations.

    * Clearly communicate architectural options, risks, trade-offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

    * Own and produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), providing clear direction and guardrails for engineering teams.

    * Take solutions through architecture governance, design reviews and formal approval processes.

    * Prepare and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

    * Support engineering handover and remain engaged throughout delivery to provide architectural guidance.

    * Work effectively within Agile and product-led delivery environments.

    * Present architecture, risks and key decisions to senior stakeholders, including Programme Directors and SteerCo forums.

    * Operate autonomously, bring structure to ambiguity and facilitate complex cross-functional decisions.

    Essential Experience and Skills

    * Strong experience as a Senior Solution Architect or Solution Architect within large-scale transformation programmes.

    * Proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture experience.

    * Strong understanding of enterprise integration involving legacy applications, enterprise platforms, data and digital channels.

    * Demonstrable experience producing HLDs and Solution Options Papers.

    * Strong knowledge of architecture governance, design reviews and ADRs.

    * Experience taking solutions from discovery through architecture, governance, engineering handover and delivery.

    * Strong understanding of applications, integrations, data, security, resilience and non-functional requirements.

    * Experience working in Agile or product-led transformation environments.

    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to operate at Programme Director and SteerCo level.

    * Strong leadership, influencing and decision-making capabilities.

    What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a confident and commercially aware Solution Architect who can operate at both strategic and practical levels. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, managing ambiguity and bringing multiple stakeholders together to reach effective architectural decisions.

The successful candidate will combine strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise with broad enterprise architecture, integration and transformation experience
