On offer is the opportunity to join a leading global Professional Services Consultancy in a varied regional Work Winning role, supporting the continued growth of their Scotland business across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Defence and Energy & Natural Resources.
This is not a sales or cold business development role. You'll take a leading role across Bids & Pursuits, Marketing, Communications, Campaigns and Events, working closely with senior stakeholders across the region to ensure activity is aligned with the wider regional marketing and growth strategy.
Key Duties:
* Oversee Bid & Pursuit activity across the Scotland region, supporting teams through strategic opportunities and submissions
* Coordinate regional Marketing & Communications activity, including campaigns, content and wider market engagement
* Support the planning and delivery of client and industry events across Scotland
* Work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders to support client development, key pursuits and regional growth initiatives
* Ensure Bid, Marketing and Business Development activity is aligned with the wider regional strategy
* Coordinate and manage Work Winning resources to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across the region
Experience Required:
* A background across Bids, Pursuits, Marketing, or Work Winning, ideally combining experience across more than one of these areas
* Previous experience within a Professional Services environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders and fee-earning teams
* Experience delivering Marketing campaigns, communications and/or events alongside Work Winning activity
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities across a varied regional role
* Commutable to either the Edinburgh or Glasgow
This role would suit an established Manager or an experienced Senior Coordinator looking to step into a broader regional position with a globally recognised Professional Services business.
