How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    CHEF DE PARTIE - PRIVATE MEMBERS' CLUB

    South West London | £37,500 per annum + overtime | 45 hours per week

    A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the professional kitchen team of a prestigious private members' club in South West London.

    This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with high-quality ingredients, professional standards and a well-organised kitchen, while also benefiting from a strong work-life balance and excellent employee benefits.

    THE ROLE:
    As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a skilled and supportive kitchen team, producing high-quality food to the club's members and guests.

    You will be responsible for your section, maintaining excellent food quality and presentation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and organisation at all times.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
    - Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a good-quality restaurant, hotel, private members' club or similar environment
    - Strong knowledge of professional kitchen standards
    - Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
    - Ability to work well under pressure during busy services
    - A reliable, positive and professional attitude
    - Good communication and teamwork skills
    - Passion for producing consistently high-quality food
    - Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or members' club is essential
