Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee remediation, piling and groundworks on a major civil engineering project.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage and oversee daily piling, remediation and groundworks activities.
*
Lead site teams, subcontractors and plant operations.
*
Coordinate labour, materials and plant to ensure efficient project delivery.
*
Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
*
Manage subcontractors and monitor progress, quality and performance.
*
Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers and other key stakeholders.
*
Ensure compliance with RAMS, health and safety procedures and project requirements.
*
Monitor site progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
*
Maintain accurate site records and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
*
Previous experience working for a specialist civil engineering contractor.
Requirements
*
Previous Site Manager experience within civil engineering.
*
Strong experience in piling, remediation and/or groundworks.
*
Gold CSCS Card.
*
SMSTS.
*
First Aid.
*
Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
*
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
