Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly and professional service to guests and customers
Taking food and drink orders accurately
Serving food and beverages efficiently
Setting up and clearing tables
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Working effectively as part of a team
Following venue and health & safety procedures
Supporting with events and busy service periods when required
About You
Previous waiting/FOH experience is essential
Confident and professional manner
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well under pressure in busy environments
Good communication skills
Smart and professional appearance
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
