The role of the Warehouse Operative:
* Picking and preparing components and cables based on works orders
* Responding to watch buzzer calls from the production floor
* Light admin tasks to support the team
* Kit assembly: pick, count, and organize parts using bills of materials
* Quality control: check for accuracy, quantity, and any damage
* Inventory management: keep workstations tidy and stock updated
* Operating basic kitting/handling equipment
* Recording production data and reporting issues
* Communicating with production and stores to manage parts and shortages
* Always following health and safety guidelines
