How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Implementation Project Manager | SaaS | RAID | Software Implementations | Hybrid, London | £68k

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Implementation Project Manager on behalf of a growing international software provider. This is an opportunity to take ownership of customer-facing software implementation projects, working with clients across multiple regions and ensuring successful outcomes through strong governance, proactive communication and disciplined project delivery.

The successful candidate can be based in either the UK or North America, provided they can support the customer coverage required. My client is looking for a project professional who combines excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge assumptions, manage risks effectively and drive projects to successful completion.

    The Opportunity
As the Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing software implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and closure. Working closely with customers, technical consultants and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are well governed, properly planned and delivered to agreed timelines and objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys balancing project governance with relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities

Own project initiation, planning, governance, reporting and project closure activities.
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
Chair customer project meetings and deliver clear, concise and professional status reporting.
Coordinate Technical Consultants, customer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Challenge unrealistic timelines, commitments and expectations where required.
Ensure effective change control processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and escalate risks early, presenting practical mitigation and recovery options.
Maintain customer confidence and strong working relationships throughout delivery.
Support the continuous improvement of project methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery templates.
    Essential Experience

A minimum of five years' experience managing customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
Strong expertise in project governance, RAID management and executive-level stakeholder communication.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience managing project scope, resource allocation, budgets and change control processes.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to maintain delivery momentum across competing demands.
Ability to work flexibly across customer time zones relevant to your location.
    Desirable Experience

Experience working within a law firm, legal technology provider or professional services organisation serving legal clients.
Knowledge of legal document management, records management, information governance or practice management solutions.
A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar), or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with international customers and distributed delivery teams.
Within your first 12 months, you will:

Establish reliable project planning, governance and reporting processes across your portfolio.
Reduce avoidable escalations through proactive risk identification and management.
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers across assigned regions.
Deliver projects with clear visibility of scope, progress and dependencies.
Contribute meaningful improvements to implementation methodology, governance standards and delivery practices.
    Why Apply?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business where project management is viewed as a strategic function and where you'll have genuine ownership of customer outcomes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence delivery best practices and help customers realise value from complex software implementations.
If you're an experienced Implementation Project Manager with a strong SaaS or enterprise software background and enjoy leading projects in a customer-facing environment, I'd be very interested in speaking with you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship at this time.
