Previous experience working within an Early Years/Nursery setting
An Early Years qualification or relevant Health & Social Care qualification/degree
A strong understanding of children's development and the Early Years Foundation Stage
A caring, nurturing and patient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for helping young children learn and develop
