Academics are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in Ellesmere Port, supporting pupils in and out of the classroom.
We're looking for someone who can bring more than just classroom experience - someone who is patient, adaptable and genuinely enjoys helping children make progress, whether that's through a well-timed bit of encouragement, supporting a small group or simply being a familiar face in the classroom.
What you could be doing:
Supporting pupils with their learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Working alongside teachers to keep lessons running smoothly
Helping children build confidence and independence
Supporting small groups or individual pupils where needed
Getting involved with different schools and adapting to new environmentsWhat we're looking for:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
A positive and adaptable approach
Good communication and classroom management skills
A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain oneWhy work with Academics?
