A workplace accredited by Investors in PeopleAbout us
We're Max Ski, a small but fiercely ambitious tour operator in Leeds. We run all-inclusive snowsports trips for schools and colleges, and we're now expanding into other educational travel too.
We believe our trips change young people's lives, and we've built everything around one idea: unbeatable customer service. Now we need someone to make sure every journey runs like clockwork.
The role
You'll own the travel logistics of our tours from start to finish: coaches, flights, trains, ferries, the Channel Tunnel and hire cars. You'll find the best options, book them, keep everyone in the loop, and fix things fast when plans change.
What you'll do
Research and book transport that fits each tour's budget, inclusions and safety requirements
Be the main contact for our coach companies, airlines, ferry and rail operators, and hire car agencies
Build and manage the travel plan for every tour, and troubleshoot issues as they come up
Make sure every trip meets School Travel Forum (STF) safety standards
Keep accurate records of bookings, timings, invoices and costs on our internal systems
Manage passenger information (API) requirements for flights
Cross-check details and movement orders so nothing slips through
Work closely with our Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams
Report on tours before and after they run
Spot ways to save time and money, improve supplier performance and keep customers happyYou'll be great at this if you
Are highly organised and love detail
Can juggle several complex projects without dropping the ball
Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with suppliers
Stay calm and solution-focused when things go wrong
