Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run car dealer group in Epsom for the position of Service Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to join a friendly, customer-focused business committed to delivering outstanding service. The Service Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient workshop operations within a well-established dealership environment.

Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, with only one late finish per week

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
Liaising with technicians and workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
Advising customers on necessary repairs and explaining costs clearly
Managing and updating service records accurately
Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service processRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar role in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
