How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Account Manager – Mass Customised Print

Location: East London – Office Based
    Salary: Up to £45,000
    Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm

Are you an experienced Print Account Manager with a strong understanding of digital, personalised or mass-customised print?

We’re working with an established print and communications business looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, commercially and on time.

    The Role

You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing projects from initial brief and quotation through to production and delivery.

Working closely with internal production teams and external partners, you’ll coordinate complex print projects, monitor schedules and resolve issues to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.

You’ll also play an important role in developing client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and ensuring a high level of service.

    What we’re looking for

    * Proven experience within Print Account Management

    * Strong understanding of digital print, personalised print or mass customisation

    * Knowledge of variable data printing, print-on-demand or data-driven print would be highly beneficial

    * Experience managing projects from brief through production to delivery

    * Confident handling quotations, costs, deadlines and client requirements

    * Strong relationship-building and communication skills

    * Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects

    * Commercially aware and comfortable identifying opportunities for account growth

    * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong attention to detail

Experience within Direct Mail, transactional print, fulfilment or other data-driven print environments would be advantageous, but we're also keen to hear from strong Print Account Managers with transferable experience.

This is a great opportunity to join an established print business in a role combining client management, commercial responsibility and complex print project delivery.

If you're an experienced Print Account Manager looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you
