Our standard OTE is £80k, our top tier averages £140k, and our number one performer took home £250,000 last year! We are looking for digital-first BDM closers who want to chase those numbers.
What You'll Actually Do
Close the Demo: Sit high-quality client demonstrations and turn prospects into revenue.
Collaborate for Success: Work alongside dedicated Business Consultants who help feed your pipeline, while also self-generating leads through social selling and referrals.
Own the Pipeline: Manage your diary and pipeline daily to ensure a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
Engage & Consult: Act as a trusted advisor, using a consultative approach to pitch solutions to senior business decision-makers.
Stay Compliant: Achieve your targets and revenue objectives in a fully FCA-compliant manner.

What You Bring to the Table:
Digital Closer Experience: Proven track record of running software/product demonstrations and closing deals remotely via screen-share.
The Compliance Edge: Direct, verifiable experience working within an FCA-regulated insurance or financial services environment.
The Data Mindset: You are results-driven and love diving into the numbers to figure out the "why" behind your sales data.
The Grit: High resilience, adaptability, and an organised, self-starter attitude to manage a high-volume pipeline without letting things slip.
