How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About Rehlko

    Rehlko is a global leader in power and energy resilience. Formerly known as Kohler Energy, Rehlko has continually shaped the way the world powers homes, industries, and critical infrastructure.

    As part of this exciting growth, WB Power Services has now become Rehlko. This transition marks our evolution into an OEM, allowing us to design, build and deliver complete power solutions from the ground up. It strengthens our technical capability, expands our product range and deepens the value we offer to our clients.

    We retain the strong, values-led foundation of a family business, while being empowered by the scale, resources and global vision of Rehlko. For our people, this means new opportunities, bigger projects and the chance to shape the future of resilient, sustainable energy.

    The Opportunity

    Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Commercial Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in managing contractual risk, supporting project delivery and ensuring robust commercial governance across Rehlko's portfolio of hyperscale and industrial projects.

    This is a senior commercial position responsible for negotiating, reviewing and administering complex customer agreements, while providing expert contractual guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

    The successful candidate will become the commercial lead for major customer contracts, protecting the business from unnecessary risk while enabling sustainable growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead the review, negotiation and administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs and associated commercial contracts.

    * Identify, assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    * Support sales, estimating and project delivery teams during tendering, negotiations and contract award.

    * Ensure contractual obligations, risks and responsibilities are clearly communicated to operational teams.

    * Develop and maintain robust contract governance processes, controls and documentation.

    * Support the implementation and ongoing management of contract lifecycle management systems.

    * Monitor contractual KPIs, service levels, obligations and compliance requirements.

    * Act as the escalation point for contractual disputes, claims, contra charges and wider commercial challenges.

    * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key internal stakeholders.

    * Provide mentoring and guidance to Commercial Assistants and wider commercial team members.

    * Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, documentation and governance standards.

    About You

    We are looking for an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in contract negotiation, risk management and contract administration within engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy or a related sector.

    You will have:

    * Significant experience managing complex commercial contracts and customer agreements.

    * Strong knowledge of contractual risk management and commercial governance.

    * Experience negotiating high-value customer contracts, frameworks and associated terms.

    * Proven experience resolving contractual disputes, claims and commercial issues.

    * Strong commercial awareness with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

    * Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective customer relationships.

    * Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

    * A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop others.

    * Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, engineering, power generation or industrial projects would be highly advantageous.

    What We Offer

    * Competitive salary of £80,000 to £95,000.

    * Car allowance.

    * Pension and benefits package.

    * Hybrid working opportunities.

    * Private healthcare and eyecare vouchers.

    * Free on-site parking.

    * Career development within a growing critical power business, with the opportunity to work on major hyperscale and mission-critical projects
