What we’re looking for
Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant is preferred.
Applicants should ideally have:

Previous UK health or social care experience
*
Enhanced DBS, preferably on the Update Service
*
Mandatory care training completed within the last 12 months
*
Right to work in the UK
*
Good communication skills
*
A reliable and professional approach
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care requirements would be beneficial.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle may increase the number of shifts available, although this is not essential for every assignment.
