How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Bond Turner is a leading law firm, proudly recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. We are committed to ensuring access to justice for our clients and their families, providing expert legal services with a client-centred approach.

With offices in Liverpool and Bolton, we offer nationwide legal advice across a wide range of sectors.

Our areas of expertise include Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Credit Hire, Housing Disrepair, Group Action Claims and Public Inquiries. We are driven by a commitment to achieving successful outcomes, surpassing client expectations, and creating a supportive environment that empowers our employees to build fulfilling and rewarding careers.

We understand that our growth as a business is driven by the success of our people. We take pride in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success. With exceptional support at every turn, every employee is empowered to reach their full potential.

We are recruiting Personal Injury Solicitors and Fee Earners to join our Complex Injury Cycling team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PI litigator or a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop specialist expertise in a niche, fast-growing area of law. You’ll work on high-quality cycling cases within a business that is genuinely passionate about protecting vulnerable road users.

CAMS is the UK’s leading cycling accident management company and, together with Bond Turner, forms part of Anexo Group PLC. CAMS supports cyclists involved in non-fault road traffic collisions, helping them return to the road quickly through a service that covers many upfront costs and provides practical, specialist assistance throughout the process.

Working closely with Bond Turner, CAMS provides a consistent flow of high-quality cycling instructions, ensuring injured cyclists receive comprehensive support from first contact through to settlement. For solicitors and fee earners in the cycling team, this means meaningful work, clear case progression, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in representing vulnerable road users.

    About the Role

    * You will join an established, supportive team with strong technical knowledge and a reputation for excellence. The work is varied, interesting and often complex, with a clear focus on representing cyclists and other vulnerable road users involved in road traffic collisions.

    * You’ll manage your own caseload, develop specialist knowledge, and contribute to a team that is recognised for its commitment to road justice and client care.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Manage a caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, primarily RTC-focused.

    * Progress files from instruction through to settlement, ensuring high standards of accuracy and client service.

    * Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and prepare clear, well-structured documentation.

    * Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to move cases forward efficiently.

    * Work collaboratively with senior team members on more complex or high-value matters.

    * Maintain excellent file management, compliance and professional standards.

    Qualifications & Experience

    * A genuine interest in cycling, road justice and supporting vulnerable road users.

    * Experience in personal injury litigation, or transferable legal experience with a strong interest in developing expertise in this niche.

    * NQ–3 years’ PQE welcomed, as well as experienced PI fee earners.

    * Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

    * Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively within a team environment.

    Company Values:

We’re a collaboration of companies established in 2006 working towards and guaranteeing the same goal. Our mission: We are driven to succeed. Our purpose is to help people move on in their lives through supporting our clients, our communities and each other.
