Our client is a respected name within the Critical Ventilation industry, with a nationwide presence. Due to continued business growth, they are recruiting for a Validation Engineer, who is experienced in working across Healthcare / Pharmaceutical environments. They are ideally seeking someone who is based with good access to major routes for easier travel, who can work self-sufficiently on site. Experience / Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience working as a Validation Engineer within Critical Ventilation environments
* Ideally will hold the BOHS P601
* It would be advantageous to hold the Competent Persons and / or Authorised Persons
* Excellent industry technical knowledge
* Flexible to travel as needed
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
* Performing Validations on clean rooms, fume hoods, microbiological safety cabinets and downflows across healthcare and pharamceutical premises
* Testing on safety cabinets, fume cupboards and laminar flows
* Maintenance on existing systems / components
* Particle counting
* DOP and HEPA filter testing
* Decommissioning and calibrating of equipment
* Adhering to HTM 0301 guidelines
* Fault-finding on systems and making recommendations for works
* Completing detailed service reports
