Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join a long-standing region law firm at their head office based in Walsall.
This role is a great opportunity to further develop your administrative skill set within a legal environment!
The Role Includes (but is not limited to):
Preparation of legal documents, correspondence and reports.
Liaison with clients, legal professionals and third-party contacts.
Organisation of meetings and appointments for legal staff.
Management of incoming and outgoing calls and post.
On-boarding of new clients, including ID
Reception cover when needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Minimum of one year's administrative experience.
Legal experience is desirable.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
