How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Our well established publishing client near Marlow, Bucks are looking for a Campaign Reporting Executive to join their growing team.

Are you a whizz with Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable working with numbers and using formulas?

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and fully emerge yourself in data and presenting data. You will be turning campaign data into accurate, polished reports and will be using your strong analytical and numerical mindset in the process!

This is a Hybrid role with around 2 days per week being office based and 3 days a week at home.

Main responsibilities for the Campaign Reporting Executive role are:

    * Producing accurate, timely and professionally presented client campaign reports, primarily using PowerPoint and Excel.

    * Extracting and reviewing data from Power BI and other internal systems, checking completeness, consistency and accuracy before reporting.

    * Reporting on a range of campaign activity, including live webinars, on-demand content, email, social media and other digital campaigns.

    * Analysing campaign performance measures such as registrations, attendance, on-demand views, engagement, viewing duration and conversion.

    * Analysing audience demographics, including geography, job title, specialty and areas of interest, where relevant data is available.

    * Creating clear tables, charts and supporting commentary to communicate results effectively.

    * Working to agreed reporting templates, deadlines and quality-control processes, ensuring consistency in presentation and terminology.

    * Responding to internal and occasional client queries about campaign results, explaining data clearly and confidently.

Skills required for the Campaign Reporting Executive role are:

    * Around 2+ years’ experience in reporting, data management, business intelligence support or a similar role.

    * Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and investigate results.

    * Advanced Excel skills, including organising, checking and presenting data through clear tables and charts.

    * Experience using Power BI reports or dashboards to retrieve, interrogate and interpret data.

    * Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn data into polished, concise client-facing reports.

    * Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality control.

    * Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to explain performance data to non-technical colleagues and clients.

    * The ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and prioritise effectively without compromising accuracy.

    * A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently without detailed supervision.

    * A collaborative, approachable and credible manner when working with both internal and external stakeholders.

    * A degree or equivalent qualification.

If you’re an analytical thinker with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to communicate your findings, we’d love to hear from you
