* A suitable engineering qualification, such as an apprenticeship, NVQ level 3 training, or previous experience in the engineering sector with a logical employment pattern.
* Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems (advantageous).
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work.
