As Chief RF Engineer, you will be the lead technical voice for antenna and RF engineering, setting standards and making the key design calls across complex programmes. Responsibilities include leading antenna development from initial concept through to production, as well as chairing design reviews and holding final technical sign-off.
The work covers RF, microwave and mmWave antennas, taking in EM simulation, design trade-offs, test and qualification. You will be the main technical contact for customers, work closely with the General Manager, and bring on the engineers in your team.
We are seeking RF and antenna engineers who have a relevant degree and a proven record of taking designs from concept into production. Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and contributing to business and technical strategy, rather than working purely as an individual designer.
