How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

With offices in Liverpool and Bolton, we offer nationwide legal advice across a wide range of sectors.

We are driven by a commitment to achieving successful outcomes, surpassing client expectations, and creating a supportive environment that empowers our employees to build fulfilling and rewarding careers.

We understand that our growth as a business is driven by the success of our people. We take pride in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success. With exceptional support at every turn, every employee is empowered to reach their full potential.

We are looking to recruit a Taxi Claims Fee Earner to join our fantastic and growing Personal Injury team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Due to continued development and expansion, we are looking for someone with solid experience in pre-litigation personal injury claims, particularly involving taxi vehicles, credit hire claims, and bodily injury matters outside of the OIC and MOJ portals.

If you’re driven, ambitious, and ready to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Progress and manage a caseload of personal injury claims involving taxi vehicles, credit hire, and non-OIC/MOJ bodily injury cases, ensuring each case is handled with diligence, professionalism, and a strong focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.

    * Provide accurate, timely, and practical legal advice throughout the lifecycle of each claim, ensuring clients are kept well-informed and supported at every stage of the process.

    * Review and assess medical evidence, liability documentation, and credit hire invoices to determine case strategy and build strong, evidence-based arguments that support your client’s position.

    * Engage in proactive case management by progressing files efficiently through the pre-litigation process, minimising delays and maintaining momentum to secure early and appropriate settlements wherever possible.

    * Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives, using your knowledge and experience to obtain fair compensation for clients in respect of injury, vehicle damage, and credit hire charges.

    * Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on the case management system, ensuring all case activity, correspondence, and outcomes are logged in line with internal procedures and compliance standards.

    * · Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Personal Injury and Credit Hire teams, contributing to a supportive team culture and sharing knowledge to continually improve service delivery.

    * Meet individual and team performance targets, including case progression KPIs, financial targets, and quality benchmarks, while always maintaining a high standard of client care.

    About You

    * Proven experience handling personal injury claims involving taxi vehicles, credit hire, and bodily injury cases outside the OIC/MOJ process.

    * Confident in managing a caseload independently.

    * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    * Target-driven with a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.

    * Able to prioritise and manage time effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.
