About the Role
You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate teams and resources, and make sure every project is delivered smoothly.
This could be an ideal progression opportunity for a scenic carpenter who understands how projects come together and wants to move into a more client-facing, organisational role. Training and mentoring will be provided alongside an experienced Account Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for clients throughout each projects
Managing several scenic projects at different stages
Planning crew, transport, equipment and project schedules
Producing and coordinating kit and materials lists
Procuring materials and liaising with the administration team
Communicating effectively across workshop, production and site teams
Overseeing on-site project delivery
Coordinating freelancers, contractors and internal team members
Assisting with scenic carpentry when required
Quoting and specification of materials required for each project
Skills & Experience
Professional experience within scenic production or scenic carpentry
A strong understanding of how a scenic project comes together from start to finish
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to coordinate multiple teams, deadlines and priorities
Confidence dealing directly with clients
Project management experience would be beneficial but not required
A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
A full, clean driving licence
Package
Salary between £35K - £45K depending on experience
