How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics role in Leeds is working for a D2C brand. You'll oversee the day-to-day management and optimisation of the company's CRM systems. Your role will help drive customer engagement and streamline internal processes to support business growth.

    Description

    The key responsibilities for the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics role will include:

    Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems to ensure effective functionality. The CRM is built from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
    Develop and implement campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
    Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
    Monitor CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for key stakeholders.
    Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
    Identify and recommend system upgrades or changes to enhance efficiency.Profile

    For the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics, a successful candidate should have the below experience:

    * 3-4+ years experience in a CRM and/or marketing automation focused role.
    * Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
    * Experience working in a B2C or D2C industry is highly desirable.
    * Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data effectively.
    * Ability to collaborate with various teams to drive CRM initiatives.
    * Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
    * Ability to work autonomously.
    * Excellent organisational and communication skills.
