Manage a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse victims.
Provide crisis intervention, practical support and emotional support.
Represent victims at Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and other safeguarding meetings.
Advocate on behalf of victims with police, housing, children's services, health services, courts and other partner agencies.
Support victims through the criminal and civil justice process where appropriate.
Ensure safeguarding concerns relating to adults and children are identified and acted upon.
Maintain accurate, confidential and timely case records.
Contribute to service monitoring, performance reporting and continuous improvement
