We are looking for an Multi Skilled Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Technician, will be responsible for:
* Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
* Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problem.
* Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring safety procedures are followed
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Technician role you must have:
* Proven experience in maintaining building systems across mechanical and electrical disciplines
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance standards
* Willingness to be on-call for emergency responses approximately once every four weeks
