We are looking for an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrical & Mechanical Engineer you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed.
* Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations., Escort Sub-contractors whilst on-site.
To be successful for this Electrical & Mechanical Engineer role you must have:
* Proven experience in M&E engineering (electrical and mechanical systems).
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in facilities management or building services.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, safety-first mindset.
* A Full UK Driving Licence.
* Must NOT be colour blind – driving within the sites demands full colour vision for safety and compliance.
