Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of building services systems.
* Complete inspections, testing and certification, including EICRs, in line with BS 7671 and site compliance requirements.
* Support electrical projects and system upgrades, providing technical expertise and assisting with safe implementation.
* Review risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work documentation to ensure work is completed safely.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and asset performance.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Electrical Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience working within a commercial, industrial or highly regulated maintenance environment.
* Strong understanding of electrical compliance, fault finding and testing procedures.
* Ability to work safely and effectively within strict site procedures and permit systems.
* A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be advantageous.
