How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role: Social Value Project Coordinator

    Duration: 12 Months

    Location: Burgess Hill Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

    Rate: £220 - £260 pd (PAYE) or £340 (LTD/UMB)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Delivery and Stakeholder Coordination:

    Coordinate the adoption of Social Value guidelines across teams, ensuring clarity on roles in driving social impact.
    Track the delivery of Social Value commitments embedded in NHS tender submissions and contracts.
    Drive employee engagement through strategic volunteering initiatives.Operations and Administration:

    Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals, and payments.
    Maintain a central site with repositories, guidance materials, and communication resources.Data Analysis and Social Value Reporting:

    Lead the end-to-end data collection, validation, analysis, and coordination for producing the annual Social Value Impact Report.
    Monitor progress against Social Value action plans and contractual commitments using analytical tools and dashboards.
    Develop tailored and standardised Social Value impact summaries for customers.What You'll Bring:
    Our client is looking for a highly motivated professional with in-depth relevant experience who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key qualifications include:

    Social Value Experience: Practical experience in social value, sustainability, or community impact, with knowledge of UK public-sector procurement and frameworks like the National TOMs being highly desirable.
    Data & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in collecting, validating, and analysing data from various sources to generate clear insights and reports.
    Dashboard Proficiency: Comfortable using data dashboards and reporting tools, with familiarity with platforms like the Social Value Portal seen as advantageous.
    Project Management: Ability to independently coordinate projects from planning through to delivery, managing actions, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies effectively.
    Highly Collaborative: Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to work across functions and engage with external partners.
    Clear Communicator: Capable of translating complex information into concise messages for diverse audiences.
    Organised & Delivery-Focused: Competence in managing multiple workstreams and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
    Tech Curious: Eager to leverage digital and AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality.
