How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Amulti academy trust is seeking an exceptional HR People Partner to join its People and Culture Team. Working term time plus 10 days (41 weeks per year) and open to 52 week contract, this role offers the opportunity to support and influence leaders across the trust’s schools while benefiting from a strong work–life balance, including school holiday periods off.

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner who excels at building relationships, influencing leaders, and providing practical, solution-focused people advice. Working closely with Headteachers, senior leaders and managers, you will help support the delivery of excellent education through outstanding people practices.

As the HR People Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser, leading on complex employee relations matters, supporting organisational change, driving workforce development initiatives, and helping to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture across the trust’s schools.

    About the role

You will partner with school leaders and central teams to:

Provide expert advice on employee relations and people management.
Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and investigation processes.
Support leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.
Lead wellbeing, engagement and workforce development initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and practices are legally compliant and aligned to best practice.
Support recruitment, talent management and succession planning across the trust.
Use people data and insight to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
    Opportunity to work remotely

    About you

    You will:

Have significant experience managing complex employee relations casework.
Bring strong generalist HR knowledge and a thorough understanding of UK employment law.
Be confident building credible relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Have excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills.
Be organised, resilient, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Share a commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
Have experience in schools/academies/education (or a strong desire to build a career supporting educational organisations)
