In the Outreach & Widening Access Co-ordinator role, you will:
Developing and coordinating outreach and widening access activities and initiatives
Building strong relationships with schools, colleges and community organisations
Planning and delivering events, workshops and engagement activities
Managing partnerships, contacts, budgets and associated administration
Monitoring activity, preparing reports and using data to support future planning
To be successful, you will need:
Experience in outreach, student recruitment, education or partnership development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
Experience of planning and coordinating events or projects
Confidence working with a range of organisations and audiences
Good IT and administrative skills, with CRM experience desirable
Flexibility to travel and occasionally work evenings and weekends
A DBS check will be required.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week on a temporary period until end Dec 2026. You'll be on an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour + holiday accrual and weekly pay.
You'll be based in offices in Wrexham which is accessible via public transport and have parking facilities available too.
