Synergi Life Support

Astute's Power Team are currently recruiting for a Synergi Life Support Specialist to support a major safety, health and environmental programme based in Dublin, Ireland.

The day rate for the Synergi Life Support position is competitive, with the role offered on a 9-month contract. The role has been deemed INSIDE IR35/EOR status.

Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:

Support the Product Owner in managing and progressing the Synergi Life delivery backlog.
Analyse system usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and user engagement.
Develop governance guidance, communications and supporting documentation for business users.
Re-engage and strengthen the Synergi Life Champion Network across the organisation.
Review, develop and enhance training and learning materials across key Synergi Life processes.
Create practical user resources including training videos, guides and quick-reference materials.
Coordinate delivery activities and stakeholder engagement across Group Safety and wider business units.
Support system upgrades, governance activities, reporting and ongoing change and adoption initiatives.
