The Role:
Support staff and students
Helping pupils engage with learning and achieve their individual goals
Acting as a positive role model and advocate for young people
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsRequirements:
Enhanced DBS, or willingness to get one.
Previous childcare experience
Clear and professional communication with students and staff
The ability to remain impartial and respectfulAcademics is looking for someone with the ability to adapt to high pressure and ever changing environments whilst remaining calm and can still deliver a high level of support.
