Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of this professional and growing company. It is a permanent role in Leeds Kirkstall area.
This is an exciting role to join a very busy team, becoming a key contact for clients, keeping jobs on schedule and communication flowing, whilst providing day to day administrative support.
Duties will include:
* Coordinating and updating the job schedule so work runs to plan and clients are kept informed
* Acting as a first point of contact for client queries by phone an email
* Keeping clients updated on job progress and communicating changes to timings
* Liaising with internal teams to make sure client requests are picked up and actioned
* Assisting in the smooth running of the office function including supplies, shared areas and data
* Updating records, CRM database, and ensuring compliance of processes
We are looking for:
* Office experience, ideally in a construction, facilities or service provider where high volume job changes are the norm
* Great communication skills to ensure confidence and professionalism are delivered at all times
* IT Skills, including CRM / Database entry skills, along with Excel, Word and email correspondence
The hours of work are Monday to Friday either 9-1 or 10-2pm, fully office based. There is free parking onsite, great coffee, snacks, and team events. Our client offers great training, development and this role will develop with new duties and rewards as the company continues to grow.
