How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Level 3 Early Years Educator – Permanent Location: Streatham

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts
    Shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm

    Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for a permanent nursery role?We are working with a welcoming private nursery in Streatham that is looking for a passionate, caring and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional or a newly qualified Level 3 practitioner who is looking to build their career in a supportive nursery environment.

    You will be working with children from babies through to 5 years old, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive.

    About the RoleAs a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education while supporting children's individual learning and development.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
    Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
    Building warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
    Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
    Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
    Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
    Supporting children's care, hygiene, health and wellbeing needs.
    Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent and high-quality care.
    Following nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and EYFS requirements.
