Role & Responsibilities
Contribute to healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Use Revit daily for architectural design and project delivery
Support planning submissions, technical design and construction stages
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
Coordinate architectural information within multidisciplinary project teams
Skills & Experience Required
ARB registered and Part III qualified
Revit or BIM knowledge is essential
UK architectural project delivery experience required
Healthcare, commercial or large-scale project experience preferred
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning proceduresCandidates must hold a driving licence and have access to a car. Strong design and technical capability across planning, delivery and construction stages is required.
Salary & Benefits
£30,000 - £40,000
Hybrid working after probation
Two days per week working from home
