How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager

    Fixed-Term Contract | Bristol | Hybrid

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager to join its team on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

This is a key role within the Risk function, focused on turning complex risk data and analysis into clear, commercially useful insight for senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

    The role

You'll take ownership of the organisation's risk reporting framework, ensuring senior stakeholders have accurate, timely and meaningful information to support decision-making.

The role will cover a broad range of risk areas, with a particular focus on identifying emerging trends, risk concentrations, correlations and potential areas for mitigation.

You'll also play an important role in regulatory reporting, horizon scanning and the ongoing development of risk models and analytical tools.

    Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality management information and reporting across the organisation's risk portfolio.
Provide insightful analysis to senior Risk stakeholders, highlighting emerging risks, trends and areas requiring attention.
Identify relationships and correlations between different areas of risk and provide recommendations for appropriate mitigation.
Produce regular and ad hoc risk and compliance reporting for senior management and Board-level committees.
Coordinate risk and compliance submissions and reporting for key governance forums.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation.
Support the delivery of regulatory reporting, risk analysis exercises and model risk management activity.
Maintain key risk registers, reporting schedules and associated governance processes.
Continuously improve reporting processes, controls and the use of data to strengthen risk management.
Work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance and wider business functions.
