How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Senior Content and PR Manager

    Liverpool

Up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

    What is the role?

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Content & PR Manager to lead two exciting, funded organic growth programmes across the Love2shop and Park brands.

This is a senior role with real influence, responsible for setting and delivering the content, PR, partnerships and authority-building agenda that drives customer acquisition, brand visibility and long-term growth. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Creative and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll own the strategy, planning and execution of content and PR programmes, directing specialist agency partners and ensuring activity is aligned to commercial objectives.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of two well-established consumer brands, building audience reach through compelling content, earned media, partnerships and affiliate activity. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving momentum across multiple stakeholders and delivering measurable results.

    Key responsibilities

Own and deliver the content strategy and publishing calendar for Love2shop, ensuring content supports customer acquisition, engagement and growth.

Lead PR, partnerships and affiliate activity for Park Christmas Savings, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through earned and partnered channels.

Manage and direct specialist content and PR agencies, setting priorities, approving deliverables and measuring performance against agreed objectives.

Develop compelling content, campaigns and thought leadership opportunities that strengthen brand authority and increase visibility across key audiences.

Work collaboratively with Product, Technology, Compliance, Data and Commercial teams to deliver campaigns and supporting customer journeys.

Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, media partners, affiliates, journalists and other external stakeholders.

Oversee organic social activity across the brand portfolio, ensuring channels effectively support wider content and PR objectives.

Monitor, analyse and report on performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content and communications maintain consistency, quality and compliance.

    About you

We're looking for an experienced content, PR or digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll have a proven track record of leading successful content and PR programmes, managing agency relationships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You'll be an excellent communicator and editor, confident creating and refining content, briefing external partners and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

Significant experience in content marketing, PR, digital PR or a related discipline.

Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional projects.

Strong understanding of how content, PR and brand authority contribute to organic growth and customer acquisition.

Excellent copywriting, editing and briefing skills.

Strong organisational and programme management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience using data and insight to measure performance and inform decisions.

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively when needed.

A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, consumer PR, employee benefits, financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
