Tradewind Recruitment is expanding its team of specialist tutors supporting children and young adults across the North West.
We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced teachers and tutors with a strong SEND background who can deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to learners facing barriers to education.
This isn't simply about delivering a lesson.
It's about understanding the learner, identifying their barriers, adapting your approach and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported and able to learn.
You'll work on a 1:1 basis, developing personalised learning programmes and helping learners make measurable progress academically, socially and in confidence.
We'd particularly like to hear from you if you have experience with:
Autism
ADHD
SEMH
Anxiety and school refusal
Medical needs
Exclusions
EHE
Complex learning needs
Functional Skills / GCSE preparation
QTS is desirable, alongside strong curriculum knowledge and proven experience working with SEND learners.
