The Role:
An office-based role in Wolverhampton owning compliance across the company's ECO, MCS and PAS 2035/2030 funded and accredited works, ensuring every installation is fully documented, audit-ready and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing ECO, MCS and PAS 2035/2030 compliance processes and documentation
* Checking and approving installation evidence, certification and lodgements (e.g. TrustMark)
* Preparing for and supporting scheme audits, and closing out non-conformances
* Maintaining company accreditations and quality management records
* Liaising with retrofit coordinators, installers and scheme providers
* Reporting compliance performance to senior management
What We're Looking For:
* Proven compliance experience with ECO, MCS and/or PAS 2035/2030
* Strong understanding of retrofit, insulation and renewable technologies
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with IT systems and reporting
