Are you a customer-focused professional with strong commercial awareness and a passion for building long-term client relationships? Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Sales Executive to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining regular contact and developing strong working relationships.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, strengthen customer engagement, and maximise account potential.
Support and promote sales activity through the company's online portal.
Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure accurate job specifications and customer requirements are communicated to production teams.
Monitor customer activity and provide proactive account management to drive retention and growth.Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within account management, customer service, sales support, or a similar commercial role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to develop lasting client partnerships.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of business operations.
Experience working with commercial pre-production design and data management processes would be advantageous.
Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Confident working across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong IT skills and experience using CRM or order processing systems.What We're Looking For
