Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team effectively to ensure maximum productivity and exceptional service levels.
Prepare dishes in accordance with the restaurant's high standards, maintaining quality and presentation at all times.
Oversee shift operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations, including allergens, HACCP, and COSHH.
Manage stock deliveries and implement effective stock rotation practises.
Collaborate as part of a cohesive team, fostering a supportive and positive kitchen atmosphere.What Our Client Offers:

Chefs work 5 days out of 7 - 9 hrs with a 1-hour break (40 hrs a week) - pay £14.50 per hour
Early shift (Mon to Sat) - 6am to 3pm
Early shift (Sun) - 7.30am to 4.30pm
Late shift (Mon to Sun) - 1pm to 10pmIdeal Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of two years' kitchen experience is preferable, showcasing your culinary expertise.
A solid understanding of food and health & safety legislation, particularly regarding allergens and HACCP.
Proven experience in working effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow direct orders and recipes accurately.
Excellent listening skills, ensuring clear communication within the team.
