Up to £45,000 | Earlies & Lates Shift Pattern
We’re hiring for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to join the engineering team on a large, high-profile business-critical site in Northampton.
The Electrical Day Shift Engineer will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across the site, responding to faults, completing PPMs and supporting the wider engineering operation. The role will also involve working with subcontractors, responding to client requests and carrying out minor installation and repair works.
Responsibilities for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maintain plant reliability
* Responding to reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance issues
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults across building services systems
* Coordinating client requests and managing subcontractors
* Carrying out minor electrical installation and repair works
Requirements
* Experience in building maintenance or a similar engineering environment
* Strong electrical maintenance background
* Experience working with BMS and PPM/maintenance systems
* City & Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 or equivalent
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
