How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Windermere, Cumbria (Hybrid Working)
    £40,000 - £45,000 + per annum
    Box Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join an established and growing retail fashion business embarking on an exciting phase of digital-first growth.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional with a retail, fashion, clothing or lifestyle brand background who is looking to take ownership of campaigns, broaden their skill set, and make a visible impact within a dynamic business. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in shaping brand strategy, driving customer engagement, and supporting ecommerce growth.
    The Role
    As Digital Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility across brand, campaigns, content, retail marketing, and digital channels. This is a varied, hands-on position offering genuine ownership and the opportunity to see ideas quickly develop into customer-facing campaigns.
    Key responsibilities include:

    Planning and delivering seasonal marketing campaigns across website, email, social media, print, and retail channels.
    Supporting and developing brand identity, tone of voice, and customer experience across all customer touchpoints.
    Managing campaign and content calendars while coordinating creative, photography, and video production.
    Creating engaging copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, print materials, and in-store communications.
    Working with external agencies on paid social and search campaigns, ensuring activity aligns with campaign objectives.
    Collaborating with Ecommerce and CRM teams to maximise campaign performance and customer engagement.
    Supporting influencer, partnership, and brand collaboration initiatives.
    Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
    Managing marketing budgets and ensuring strong return on investment.
    Bringing campaigns to life within retail stores through visual merchandising, launches, promotions, and point-of-sale activity. About You
    The successful candidate will have previous marketing experience within a retail, fashion, clothing, accessories, footwear, lifestyle or consumer brand environment and be confident working across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
    You will be:

    Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    A confident communicator with excellent copywriting skills.
    Commercially aware and focused on delivering measurable business results.
    Experienced in creating and delivering customer-focused retail marketing campaigns.
    Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
    Creative and full of ideas, while also being practical in execution.
    Collaborative and able to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
    Detail-oriented and willing to get involved in all aspects of marketing activity.
    Passionate about learning and developing within a growing retail business. Essential Experience

    Marketing experience gained within a retail, fashion, clothing, footwear, accessories or lifestyle brand.
    Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
    Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
    Experience supporting ecommerce and customer engagement activity.
    Understanding of campaign performance reporting and analytics. Desirable Experience
    Experience with the following platforms and tools would be advantageous:

    Shopify
    Klaviyo
    Meta Ads
    Social media scheduling platforms
